- Money off coupons can be used against products (not shipping costs).
- Once you have redeemed points for a reward you can’t convert the reward back to points.
- You need a personal account to earn Reward Points.
- Points and rewards cannot be transferred to another customer account.
- Every order earns points which you can redeem in your next order.
- Shipping and Gift card purchases are excluded from earning Reward Points.
- Reward Points do not expire.
- If for any reason your item is refunded, then the equivalent points will be deducted from your account.
