Renowned for his unique playing style and formidable skills on the oche, Mensur Suljovic has won numerous titles around Europe in his career. ‘The Gentle’ has picked up tournament wins in Players Championship, European Tour and World Series events in the PDC. Before emerging as a professional dart player, Suljovic fled his war-torn country of Serbia and moved to Austria in the early 1990s, and set up his own pub called ‘The Gentle’ – which is where his darting nickname comes from.

His darts career started off in soft tip, where he won multiple titles, before he ventured into the world of steel tip and made his first appearance in the BDO World Championship in 2002. Six years later Suljovic made his debut in the PDC World Darts Championship, where he has been an almost ever present over the next 15 years.

Suljovic’s crowning moment arrived in 2017 when he won the Champions League of Darts, beating former world champions Raymond van Barneveld and Gary Anderson on the final day to claim the title. He also made history as the first Austrian to compete in the prestigious Premier League, playing in two seasons of the invitational competition in 2018 and 2019. This set from the Mensur Suljovic Legend Darts range are made of 90% tungsten and have been inspired by ‘The Gentle’ himself. The dart has a straight barrel design with black titanium coating and has remachined radial grooves along the length of the barrel.
