Premier League Darts Predictions

1. General

1.1 By entering the Darts Corner Magnificent 8 Predictor competition, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. 1.2 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the European Union only. 1.3 Entrants must be 18 years or older. 1.4 Only one entry per person per household is permitted. 1.5 By entering the competition, you consent to being subscribed to our mailing list and receiving marketing communications from Darts Corner. 1.6 Only one account per entrant is allowed.

2. Entry and Premier League Darts Predictions
2.1 All entries must be submitted before the closing time of each week's competition round (Thursday at 6pm GMT). Late entries will not be accepted. 2.2 Once a prediction has been submitted, it cannot be changed. 2.3 Each round of the competition will consist of four (4) fixtures. 2.4 Points will be awarded as follows:

• Two (2) points for correctly predicting the winner of a match.
• Five (5) points for correctly predicting both the winner and the exact score margin.
• No points will be awarded for predicting the total number of 180s, these will only be used in the event of a tiebreak.
• Total 180s refers to the total number across all games of the night including the semi finals and and final.

3. Prizes

3.1 £1,000 Cash Prize

• 1 cash prize available per week, cash prize does not roll over or increase if no winner meets the criterion.
• If any entrant correctly predicts all match winners, the exact score margins, and the total number of 180s, they will win a £1,000 cash prize (paid via bank transfer). Jackpot winner will not also win the Weekly £250 Prize.
• If two or more entrants meet this criterion, a winner will be drawn at
  random.

3.2 Weekly £250 Voucher Prize

• The winner each week will receive a £250 Darts Corner voucher.
• The winner will be determined by the person who scores the highest points total in a given week for them matches played in that week only.
• If there is a £1,000 Cash Prize winner, the £250 Voucher will be awarded to the runner-up.
• No scores will carry over from week to week.
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined as follows:

1. The entrant closest (Over or Under) to predicting the total number of 180s on the night
   will be declared the winner.
2. If there is still a tie, a winner will be drawn at random.

3.3 Beat Our Expert Prize

• All entrants each week will be automatically entered into the "Beat Our Expert" challenge.
• Entrants who score more points than the designated expert for that week
  will be entered into a draw to win a £25 Darts Corner voucher.

3.4 There is no cash alternative to non-cash prizes. 3.5 For winners located outside the UK, prizes will be exchanged to the equivalent EU currency value.

4. Miscellaneous 4.1 Darts Corner reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice. 4.2 Any attempts to manipulate or game the competition will result in disqualification. 4.3 Darts Corner’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4.4 By participating, you acknowledge that Darts Corner reserves the right to use winners' names for promotional purposes. 4.5 Any personal data provided in connection with the competition will be processed in accordance with Darts Corner’s Privacy Policy.
