The Winmau Blade 6 range includes the newest dartboard technology from Winmau with several key features. The Blade 6 board has been designed to provide optimum gameplay for players of all abilities. The Blade 6 collection features Single, Dual and Triple Core, catering for the needs of beginners and professionals.

The Blade 6 is the latest offering in the Blade series of dartboards and boasts an ultra-thin Hi-Carbon wiring system, and Density Control technology, to maximise your scoring potential. The unique Rota-Lock levelling system allows for a quick and solid fitting to the wall, so you can be set up and ready to play in double-quick time.

What does each Blade 6 Dartboard have in common?

The three different Winmau Blade 6 dartboards in this collection have several features in common. All of these boards are made from the finest East African Sisal material that provides excellent durability for players. Only the highest quality Sisal fibres are used to make professional dartboards for optimal self-healing and dart retention. The Winmau Blade 6 dartboard has been made to the official specifications of the World Darts Federation, who are the governing body in darts.

The unique Rota-Lock mounting system makes the process of fitting your dartboard to the wall easier than ever. The triple-wheel lock and level system allow you to easily secure your board to virtually any surface. Each wheel can be adjusted to help enable a perfect radial alignment and levelling of your board, even if you’re fitting it to an uneven surface. This system also makes it easier to rotate your board to compensate for wear and tear and ensure even more longevity.

The board includes the brand’s pioneering web design, constructed with the latest Density Control wire, which increases dart retention in the bullseye, treble and double segments to help maximise your scoring power. All of the Blade 6 dartboards feature 25% thinner wires which also helps prevent darts falling out of the board.

What are the differences between each dart board?

The Blade 6 range includes three models at different price points, which all offer their own unique features. The name of each board refers to the number of Sisal fibre layers used in construction. The main difference between a Blade 6 and a Blade 6 Dual Core is that the Dual Core has been crafted with two layers of Sisal fibre to offer an extra level of durability. The Triple Core board has been constructed with three layers of Sisal fibre to provide maximum longevity for players.

Winmau Blade 6 Single Core

The Winmau Blade 6 Single Core Dartboard has one layer of Sisal fibres which is standard across most modern steel tip dartboards. The Single Core comes in at the lowest price point of the Blade 6 range, making it a great option for players who are just starting out and want a high-quality board, but do not have a bigger budget to purchase the most advanced and expensive boards available.

Winmau Blade 6 Dual Core

The Winmau Blade 6 Dual Core Dartboard has been constructed with two layers of Sisal fibres to provide extra durability. The additional layer of Sisal not only provides increased longevity, but also helps to reduce bounce outs and produces a quieter sound when the darts enter it.

The added durability of the Dual Core board makes it the perfect option for intermediate players. This board will withstand plenty of use and is the ideal choice for players who practice regularly at home or for pubs and clubs that need a setup that is going to last a long time.

Winmau Blade 6 Triple Core

The Winmau Blade 6 Triple Core Dartboard is the most advanced option in this range, and is the biggest investment for players. This board is made up of three layers of Sisal fibres, including a new patented third inner core. This provides players with a board of unrivalled quality and durability.

The Triple Core is a great choice for serious players as it is designed to withstand lots of wear and tear, so it will better maintain its look after long practice sessions and matches. This is the board used by the professional players at PDC tournaments and has the PDC logo printed on it to signify the Winmau brand’s partnership with the organisation.
