LUKE LITTLER
It has been a meteoric rise in the professional game for Luke Littler as his run to the final of the 2024 PDC World Darts Championship catapulted him into the top 32 of the world rankings. Then aged just 16, ‘The Nuke’ was the youngest player to reach the final at Alexandra Palace, and he has followed up that history-making run with even more success on the oche. In May 2024, he became the youngest winner of a PDC major title after triumphing in the Premier League on his debut.
The teenager began his first season on the PDC tour by winning the Bahrain Darts Masters, writing more headlines with a nine-dart leg on his way to victory on his World Series debut. Littler’s fast ascent in the PDC ranks continued by winning Players Championship 1 on his ProTour debut, with his title-winning run extending with victories in the Belgian Darts Open and Premier League. On all three occasions, the 2023 PDC world youth champion threw a nine-darter as his exploits on the oche continue to thrill darts fans all over the world!
The Luke Littler ranking continues to rise and he went into the 2024 World Matchplay ranked inside the top 25 on the PDC Order of Merit.
What darts does Luke Littler use?
What darts does Luke Littler use - The darts Luke Littler currently uses are his signature Target Luke Littler Gen 1 Darts in 23g. These darts have been designed in collaboration with ‘The Nuke’ and Target to meet his exact requirements and help him perform on the oche.
Littler’s signature darts are made of 90% tungsten and feature a multi-grip barrel profile. The front and centre of the barrel consist of a dual pixel tip to provide a high level of grip, whilst the rear of the barrel has fine radial grooves to offer more of a subtle grip at the back of the dart.
The barrels are finished with a black PVD performance coating and extra re-machining to further highlight the dual pixel tip technology. The Luke Littler darts set is complete with Target Pro Grip Shafts and signature Luke Littler Flights.
‘The Nuke’ has also collaborated with Target to create the Luke Littler Loadout Darts. This set differs from his Gen 1 Darts in their look and feel, with the Loadout Darts including radial grooves along the straight barrel for extra grip as well as purple and yellow coloured rings on the barrels to match his signature branding. There have already been plenty of career highlights for Luke Littler despite his young age. The youngster has broken records on his way to winning the 2024 Premier League and reaching the final of the PDC World Darts Championship. Premier League 2024
Luke Littler enjoyed a debut to remember in the 2024 Premier League, winning the tournament at the first attempt and becoming the youngest major champion in the history of the PDC. Aged just 17 during his maiden Premier League campaign, ‘The Nuke’ delighted darts fans in some of the largest indoor arenas across the UK and Europe, picking up four nightly titles to finish top of the table at the end of the league phase.
Littler created even more history in the end of season play-offs, beating the 2023 and 2024 PDC world champions to win the Premier League title. After beating Michael Smith 10-5 in the semi-finals, the teenage star avenged his World Championship final defeat to Luke Humphries, seeing off the reigning PDC world champion 11-7 and hitting a nine-dart finish on the way to clinching his first major title.

World Darts Championship
Luke Littler burst onto the scene with a run to the final of the 2024 PDC World Darts Championship. On his debut in the biggest tournament in darts, ‘The Nuke’ lit up the Alexandra Palace with a series of standout performances to reach the showpiece final, where he faced Luke Humphries. Littler was beaten 7-4 in sets by Humphries in a thrilling contest that was watched by millions around the world.
Then at the age of 16, Littler was not only the youngest player to appear in the final, but he also set a record for being the youngest player to win a match in the tournament. In his first-round victory against Christian Kist, he broke the record for the highest three-dart average by a debutant in the World Championship when he posted an impressive average of 106.12.
9 Dart Finishes
The Luke Littler 9 darter collection includes perfect legs in the Premier League, World Series of Darts, European Tour and Players Championships. Just a few days before his 17th birthday, Littler threw a nine-dart finish against Nathan Aspinall during the 2024 Bahrain Darts Masters – a tournament he would go on to win later that day.
‘The Nuke’ struck perfection again during his title-winning run in Players Championship 1, throwing a nine-dart leg in his third-round victory over Michele Turetta. He followed that up with another nine darter in the final of the Belgian Darts Open against Rob Cross. Littler’s fourth nine-dart finish of the 2024 season came in the Premier League final during his victory over Luke Humphries.
