DELIVERY SUMMARY:

  • Due to the unprecedented success of the recent World Darts Championships, we thank you for your patience should there be a slight delay in your order arriving.
  • Most orders leave us within 72 hours, however this may be longer during our peak season (Black Friday - Jan)
  • Items purchased over the weekend, bank holiday or Friday afternoon will be processed over the weekend and be collected by the couriers on Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
  • Personalised items take an additional 2-6 days to complete.
  • If you have chosen Fast Track we take every effort to ensure your items leave the same day if ordered before 3pm (Monday-Friday), however this is not possible on weekends and Bank Holidays. Fast Track is NOT applicable to personalised items as these take an additional 2-4 days to complete.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Most orders leave us within 72 hours. During our peak season (Black Friday – Jan) our warehouse team will work to process orders within our usual timeframes, but occasionally orders may take slightly longer to process during this time. Customers should be aware of this when selecting their delivery
method at the checkout stage.

Personalised items can take up to 2-6 business days to produce.

Items purchased over the weekend, bank holiday or Friday afternoon after 3pm may be processed over the weekend but will not be collected by the couriers until Monday (excluding UK bank holidays).

UK SHIPPING

We currently ship orders via Royal Mail and FedEx (Economy and Express), occasionally we may feel the need to change to an alternative courier depending on any delays we are informed of or address issues etc.

We are unable to guarantee items arriving over the weekend as most couriers operate Monday-Friday. Customers must enter their full details online; we cannot be held responsible when incorrect or incomplete details are provided.

United Kingdom Shipping

  • Royal Mail - 2-5 business days
  • Fedex Economy - 2-4 business days
  • Fedex Express - 1-2 business days

Orders over £50.00 are eligible for free tracked shipping to UK mainland addresses. Your order will be sent via FedEx economy but you do have the option to upgrade to the express service.

IMPORT DUTIES (FOR ALL EU COUNTRIES)

When we ship orders of under €150 to individual customers (retail orders) to EU countries, we charge you VAT at the relevant tax rate for the delivery country. Therefore you will not be liable to pay any local import duties when taking receipt of the delivery. On orders over €150, we do not collect the VAT on your behalf and so taxes will be due to your local authorities.

When we ship to businesses (trade orders) to EU countries – we do not charge our local tax (VAT). However, you are liable to pay any local import duties when taking receipt of the delivery to your business.

IMPORT DUTIES (FOR ALL COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU)

When we ship any orders to countries outside of the EU - we do not charge our local tax (VAT). However, you are liable to pay any local import duties when taking receipt of the delivery.

FAST TRACK SERVICE

Our Fast Track Service guarantees same day processing of your order. If ordered before 3pm (Monday-Friday) then the order will leave us the same day. Any orders placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend will be processed over the weekend and dispatched on Monday (excluding UK bank holidays). Fast track is not applicable to personalised items as these take an additional 2-4 business days to complete.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In the highly unlikely event, that an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we will complete all orders fully and may from time to time substitute an out-of-stock product with a similar item or duplicate items already purchased to avoid any delays in shipping, if a substitute is not available, we would refund the item for you.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Orders that include personalised items will not be despatched until the personalised items are finished, unless by prior arrangement. Personalised items can take an additional 2-6 days to complete, and occasionally slightly longer during the busy season (Nov-Jan).

Pre Order Items

Orders that include pre order items will not be despatched until the pre order items arrive. The order would then be sent complete.  If you require the other items earlier, we advise you to place a separate order for the pre order item/s.

Repointing/Repair Service

Orders that include the repointing/repair service will not be despatched until the service has been complete. If you are sending your darts set to be repointed/repaired, please ensure that they are packaged well and sent to us via a tracked postage method as we cannot be held responsible for darts not arriving with us.
